The Solution

When it comes to financial matters, people are what matter most. We captured the essence of the people and places that pinnacle bank serves. And we used those images and stories to send a simple message: Pinnacle bank is part of your community. The things that matter to you, matter to us. We backed this promise up with a website that showcased our commitment to personal relationships using online chat and customer education, calculators and financial health resources. We established a brand, communications and technologies that allowed us to tell customers that we care about their personal journey, and to walk that journey with them.

The Impact

In order to forge new relationships, Pinnacle Bank had to position themselves to be top-of-mind—or at least at the top of search results. We conducted a content audit that forced the bank to rethink the way they talked about products and services, an effort that increased their organic search traffic by 17%. By optimizing and simplifying the Pinnacle Bank mobile experience, we were able to decrease mobile bounce rate by 30%. The site also drove increased online applications and traffic to the branch locator tool that, in turn, encouraged branch visits. In the end, we built a web experience that truly delivered on Pinnacle Banks’ long time tagline, ’The Way Banking Should Be.’
